Lenses will pop out from the frames of eyeglasses with firm but gentle pressure by a steady hand. Push firmly to pop the lens out of the plastic frame. For a plastic lens attempt to wiggle the lens to see how snug the fit is. Apply heat until the lenses pop in easily.

Do not force the lens out. If the lens does not pop out easily do not force it.
