There are definitely some awesome pros of living in a condo on the sugar white sands on the gulf of mexico. Who cares if moving in and out is a little harder. The best is a raised 1st floor with no neighbors under you imo still get good natural light no people peeking in your windows easily since they re above eye level you can walk around as late as you want without worrying about pissing off anyone living below you moving and bringing in groceries is a breeze with so few stairs. The sugar white sands on the gulf of mexico would be just a short elevator ride away.

First floor apartments may be easier to break into since the windows are at street level. I ve lived on the first floor in two different buildings one in astoria and one in upper manhattan. However after looking at all of the pros and cons of actually living in a beach front condo it just wasn t worth it to us. I ve lived on a few different floors in nyc and in an elevator building and i prefer the first floor.

The first floor of an apartment is ideal for bringing in heavy loads such as your furniture when moving or that big trip to the grocery store. If you re the type who enjoys frequent trips to the supermarket but doesn t like the added exercise of lugging your purchases to the top floor the ground floor might be the best choice. I don t think first floor is a good idea. Seriously you don t like the ground floor.
